| SENIORITY
POLICY |
| We
have established a "SENIORITY
POLICY" for making 2011 reservations. If you
have attended (or are planning to attend) 4-J Big Piney
Horse Camp in 2011, this policy applies to you: |
| If
you wish to reserve your campsite and stalls for the SAME
MONTH next year, you MUST reserve them by NOON on Wednesday
of the week you are currently attending. Otherwise, your
site and stalls may be available for anyone to reserve.
|
| For
example, you are planning to attend October 16 - 21, 2011.
During that week, IF YOU WISH TO KEEP THE SAME CAMPSITE
AND STALLS, you must make your reservations by Wednesday,
October 19, 2011 for the SAME MONTH IN 2012. |
| Contact
Laura Laughlin at (573) 774-2986 for campsite and stall
availability if you are planning on attending another month
in 2011 or wish to select a different campsite and stall(s)
for the same month. Please call us if you have any questions.
