The following campground fees include three hot meals each day, campground facilities, and nightly entertainment. All guests must pay full campground fees, whether they eat the provided meals or ride. If you arrive on or before Sunday of the scheduled camp days, you will be charged the weekly fee. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you arrive after the first day, fees will be pro-rated for the remainder of the week. Choose which day you plan to arrive.

| Our
campground is open during assembly days (Friday & Saturday)
at the rate of $20/Campsite per day. Camping is permitted
as early as Wednesday prior to ride at $20/Campsite per day. |

If you are planning to arrive during the assembly days, any remaining meals served during the assembly days will be added to the weekly camping fee. (Assembly days are Friday and Saturday before the scheduled camping days.) Meals are also available prior to Friday and will be charged on a per meal basis.

| STALL RENTAL IS REQUIRED for all horses. We now offer covered box stalls, bedding is provided. Wire pens or picketing is not permitted! Stalls are reserved for animal use only. Covered Box Stall Rental: $40/week | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Horse Rental | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Horse rentals are available as an optional charge. Fee includes horse and tack. Reservations are required at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the scheduled event. Deposit of $50 is required at this time. Horses will not be available until the first day of the scheduled event. Horse Rental Fee: $300 per week |
